21/12/12 - Merry Christmas (and details about the Newcastle game)

A very quick update before most of you shut down your work PCs for Christmas.  Obviously we have no West Ham game to tell you about now - but we have Newcastle on Saturday 29th.

The Rocket will be open from midday, with food available pre match, and Sunderland vs Sp*rs on TV as the early kickoff.  After the game, we will be back open, with 4-pint jugs of Carlsberg for a tenner.

You will have seen the Champions League draw by now, and we have already started working on what to do for the home leg.  We had planned something for the Milan game last year, but our first leg disaster kind of made it pointless.  No such issues this time as we are at home first, so we will be working with AFC on a 'welcome' for the team at the start of the home leg.

That's all from us for now - Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all.

Victory Through Harmony

29/11/12 - Swansea ...

Quite a bit to tell you about this week, so we'll get right down to it.

The Rocket - will be open from midday - with the usual food available pre match, and West Ham vs Chelsea on telly from 12:45.  After our game, we will have the Reading vs Man U game on, among other things.  Our post match beer deal is a lovely 4-pint jug of Red Stripe for £12.
